4CRisk is here to guide you through the QAS medical assessment process. If you’re applying for a clinical placement or have been informed that you’re responsible for the costs of your medical, please note that payment is required before results can be issued.
We’ve outlined the steps to ensure your medical assessment goes smoothly, from submitting your immunisation record to finalising your appointment and payment. Our team is here to assist you every step of the way. Below, you’ll find the essential information and costs related to the process. Your Immunisation Record
Your medical cannot be finalised without meeting the QAS immunisation evidence requirements. If you do not have evidence of the following, you may be offered a blood test or vaccination at your own cost during your assessment, or directed back to your GP to obtain. QAS will not pay for any serology or vaccination costs. Please upload all evidence you have for the following:
- Hepatitis B
- Whooping Cough (Diptheria, Tetanus, Pertussis)
- Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR)
- Varicella
- Tuberculosis (only required in certain instances)
Appointment Details & Payment
Please indicate your availability to complete your assessment and make payment for your medical.
Confirmation of your QAS Medical Assessment Appointment
You will receive an SMS and email from 4cRisk advising of your appointment details and location. We will also advise you on what to bring to your assessment and other relevant details. It is important that you review this information and understand your requirements prior to attending.
Attending your Appointment
You will attend your scheduled appointment, allowing up to 3 hours of time to complete the assessment. Failure to attend your scheduled appointment or cancellation within 48 hours will result in fees being applied.
Receiving your Medical Results
Your Medical Results will be assessed by a 4CRisk Doctor as per the QAS Medical Standards. Your Medical Results will be sent to both QAS stakeholders within 48 hours of receiving all required information.
