Injury management involves providing an effective response to workplace injuries, and may include administering first aid at the time of injury, advising an individual on claiming workers’ compensation, or designing an injury rehabilitation program. Our Occupational Physicians and Registrars are available for face to face and telehealth consultations with workers to assess the injury and develop a treatment plan. Our Case Managers will then work with the injured worker to follow the plan and arrange any required treatment, and act as a central point of contact for the worker, workplace, insurer, and any treating practitioners.
